BIM Services:

• Structural 3D Modeling: Our team is experienced in working on Structural 3D Modeling projects using Tekla Structures with complete detailing. These structural models can be used to extract several critical data like quantities, shop drawings, part drawings, etc. We provide Structural BIM Modeling Services that are compliant with global detailing standards.
• Extending to 5D Modeling: On top of the detailed 3D model, we can plug in required project timelines and costs related to each component to make it 5D BIM. This helps project execution planning along with financial planning and control.
• Structural Execution and Production Drawings: Further to detailed structural 3D model Apt support their client in developing detailed structural execution and production drawings. These drawings are generated based on different standards of practice and customised to the client’s requirement of project execution.
• Quantities take-offs (BoM): Various material quantities, for instance, concrete, reinforcement, connections, embeds, etc., are extracted from the BIM Model. These material schedules are actively associated with BIM for purchase, stocking and supply requirements for inventory control and management.
• Construction Documentation: Apt offers solution helping our clients to achieve best of results including quality parameter requirements, project scheduling, etc. Such construction documentation is generated and monitored using the unique BIM.
