Student Housing

Educational/ Institutional Buildings are one of the high-demand requirements and challenging building projects from aesthetics, occupancy and structural point of view. Precast concrete technology is being ideal choice considering quality, flexibility in design and speed of construction, besides the important aspect of least disturbances to surrounding operational buildings.

This project comprises of up to eight floor high buildings, totalling around two million sq.ft. of construction. Project is in high seismic zone 4 in accordance to IS 1893. Structural system of these projects is precast wall-frame system, comprises of structural reinforced walls, prestressed slabs, precast stairs, precast columns and beams.

Industrial/ Plant Buildings

Heavy loadings, long spans, large open areas, tall floor heights are some of the features which can be achieved very well using precast concrete technology for Industrial Buildings.
Project as reference here is building element production plant producing Hollowcore Slab, Rein-forced Wall Panels, Columns, Beams and Stair flights, AAC block, and Pavers. This massive structure has a footprint area of 182,000 sq.ft. with partial area of intermediate floors. The structure comprises of complete precast structural system formed using reinforced columns and beams, composite steel and concrete beams, gantry girders, hollow-core slab, and stair flights.

Commercial/ Office Buildings

Precast concrete technology helps achieve the desired requirements of building like long spans, large open areas, tall floor heights, repetitive floors for Commercial and Office Buildings.
Reference project is Commercial Building comprises of Banquet Hall, Restaurants, Commercial Space and Hotel. This 200,000 sq.ft. building is precast moment-resisting structural frame designed for seismic zone 3 of IS 1893 with high importance of 1.50. The building is complete precast structural system including reinforced columns, beams, hollow-core slab, shearwalls, basement walls and stair flights. The structure has two basements and six upper floors.

Affordable Housing

With very high-volume demand of housing in India with quality and time demand, besides important aspect of cost-effective solution, precast concrete technology is being obvious choice of construction.
This Affordable Housing project is 500,000 sq.ft. of construction area, comprises of 32 nos buildings of five-story high in seismic zone 3 as per IS 1893. This precast wall-frame system is formed using reinforced walls and normal reinforced room-size slab solution along with precast stair flights.
