What we do
At Apt Design, we offer E2E services in Precast design technology, project feasibility reviews, structural engineering, building design validation, value engineering, BIM services, and project management.
We provide E2E quality engineering services for building design using the advanced and latest precast concrete technology, cast-in-situ reinforced concrete and structural steel technology.
Technology
For Building Information Modelling/ Virtualization we use Tekla Structures, one of the most versatile and integrated platforms. We leverage the capabilities by adding time and cost for the project to expand the BIM to 5D model.
Structural Engineering with Finite Element Modelling is carried out using ETABS or STAAD.Pro where building behavior under various circumstances like occupancy loading, wind and earthquake conditions, etc. are studied and structure is engineered. The behavior of foundation under building loading and local geological conditions is evaluated with a detailed model in SAFE.
Concise Beam, PCA wall/ col, Mathcad, spreadsheets, etc. are further utilized for Detailed Engineering Calculations basis on building FEM analysis.
For Execution Design and Information we use platforms like AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.
